The photo is the record.
VEYQON Capture burns the exact time, coordinates, address, compass bearing, elevation, weather, and who pressed the shutter into every photograph — composited at full resolution, the instant the shutter closes.
The band you see is the band that gets burned in — nothing added after.
What it does, without a manual.
The shutter never waits
Context is gathered continuously in the background and sampled the instant you tap — no spinner between tap and photo.
What you see is what burns in
The band on the viewfinder is the band in the file — same fields, same order, same values, built from one shared definition.
Never quietly downgraded
A 12 MP capture is delivered at 12 MP, with the stamp composited at full resolution. Nothing is compressed away to make room for text.
No server, ever
Every dependency is free at any scale or already on the phone — not a launch promise, a constraint the app is built inside.
Works in a basement, a tunnel, a dead valley
Place names resolve against a 24,323-city dataset built into the app, so a capture underground still says roughly where it was.
Nothing uploaded
Photos are written to the device and stay there, unless you share them yourself. The only network calls are a pair of coordinates.
Every screen, before you install it.
Real screenshots land here once the store listing is built — for now, each frame is drawn to the shape of the real screen behind it.
From open to a photograph you can prove.
- 01
Open
No account, no sign-in — the camera is ready the moment you open it.
- 02
Frame
The band previews live on the viewfinder, built from the same definition as the file.
- 03
Shoot
Composited at full resolution the instant the shutter closes — no upload, no processing delay.
- 04
Keep
Written straight to the device. Share it yourself, whenever you choose to.
What the app deliberately is not.
Not connected to your ledger
This is a standalone camera — it doesn't file into VEYQON ERP or route through Agent Q. The photo is the record, not a workflow.
Not cloud storage
Nothing is uploaded. Photos stay on the device unless you share them yourself.
Not a paid tier, ever
Free, with no account, no subscription, and no ads — built on data that's free at any scale: OpenStreetMap, GeoNames, Open‑Meteo.
Not shipped yet
The capture pipeline and the offline place lookup are built and wired end to end. What's left is store submission.
Where it stands today: The capture pipeline, the compositor, the on-device library, and the offline place lookup are built and wired end to end. What's left is store submission — VEYQON Capture hasn't shipped yet.
